Hold the phone like a torch: top edge away from you, tilted toward the table. On its edge is fine.

Roll the phone sideways to set travel speed: level = still, a little = slow, more = faster. Keep the roll in the green zone of the “Speed” bar.

Pitch forward/back moves the electrode above/below the seam. Finger on the screen = arc on.

On a computer without a phone: the mouse moves the torch, a held button is the arc.
